The paradigm shift isn't just happening to us, it's happening through us.
As the systems around us collapse, we will be looking toward one another to fill in the gaps. Emotional maturity is key to creating systems that work for our individual and collective well-being.
The Shift: Self Awareness
for A New Paradigm
Join a growing community of Black, Indigenous, and melanated change makers learning and practicing skills to help us stay grounded and connected in challenging times. Together we will:
- Learn about our emotional triggers and how to respond to them
- Build our capacity for self compassion
- Gain emotional regulation skills
- Deepen somatic and self care practices
The Shift: Course Info
Join somatic coach, facilitator, and bodyworker, Ayo Clemons for this 5 month cohort focused on supporting our self awareness as Indigenous, Black, and melanated changemakers. The curriculum is a deep dive into learning about our triggers so that we can show up for ourselves and one another in more grounded and intentional ways . We will explore somatics, self regulation techniques, self care, and ways to shift patterns of projection and blame. Together we will support one another as we learn and practice new ways to witness, hold, and care for ourselves and each other in a changing world.
This space is designed to help you realign, reset, and deepen your ability to ground, be present, and consciously grow. To support this, we will practice body-based healing techniques to support self awareness, and compassionate listening skills.
Support Proceeds Movement
Support is needed to step into new ways of being. Peer and facilitator support will be woven into your our month self awareness journey. In addition to monthly workshops, you will receive bi-weekly group coaching sessions, access to a cohort only signal chat - to reflect on your progress and celebrate your wins, and peer to peer check-ins. You will also be invited to quarterly gatherings after the course to continue to deepen your somatic skills and wellness practice.

“The re-alignment work that we went through together continues to move through me, and has been a huge part of my process of transitioning careers and re-centering my focus. Lots of shifts happened and are still happening. Most of all I treasure the connections that were formed and look forward to all the ways we can keep offering each other support.”
