Ayo’s background in community organizing, facilitation, racial justice training and organizational development experience has given her a unique perspective on how systems of oppression can manifest as individual and collective trauma.
She specializes in group awareness building, somatic coaching, trauma-informed care and healing justice training and facilitation. Ayo creates customized workshops for participants to deepen their sense of personal and collective power through authentic engagement and individualized learning.
Be Seen Through Trying Times
Ayo’s mission for healing justice and motivating the masses in healing and systems change through authentic embodiment has provided dynamic facilitation and speaking opportunities over the past 14 years.
This has included working with institutions such as University of MN, Augsburg University, Metropolitan State University, Borealis Philanthropy, Nexus Community Partners, Voices for Racial Justice, Family Tree Clinic, Ramsey County Leadership Group, Hope Community, and more. Her recent keynote for the Unitarian Universalist church focused on individual and collective resilience in the midst of change. She is excited to create somatic healing/ social change workshops or speak with your group or organization to support your needs and goals.
