Ayo organizes and facilitates half-day to full-day Care Clinics in collaboration with a network of care workers. These clinics include bodywork and somatic coaching and are designed to promote collective wellness and provide restorative support; especially for communities and organizations experiencing heightened stress during times of social or systemic change.

Care workers in Ayo’s network include massage therapists, craniosacral practitioners, acupuncturists, and somatic practitioners. Together, they create accessible spaces for rest, regulation, and rejuvenation—helping participants reconnect to their bodies, community, and capacity for resilience.
